We're pleased to announce that Captive Resources has been ranked No. 21 in the nation among companies with 150-499 employees on the 2023 Top Workplaces USA list. The Top Workplaces USA rankings are based entirely on feedback from an engagement survey completed by the colleagues of participating workplaces.
"I'm extremely proud of everyone here at Captive Resources, and it's an honor to be named to the list of Top Workplaces USA once again this year," said Nick Hentges, Chief Executive Officer of Captive Resources. "This award is a testament to both our commitment to our colleagues and their dedication to providing first-class service to our clients."
"I'd like to thank all our colleagues for making Captive Resources a truly great place to work."

For four decades, Captive Resources has provided mid-market companies the ability to become insurance company owners rather than insurance buyers and lower their cost of risk. We do this through the creation, development, and oversight of member-owned group captive insurance companies. We currently consult to 43 group captives comprised of almost 6,000 member companies with $3.6 billion in annual premium and which have returned more than $3.5 billion in dividends to their member-owners. We support every aspect of the captives we advise, from claims advocacy to operational oversight, risk management, financial services, regulatory compliance, investment services, and more.
